Expressive Arts Class Dec. 3

Join our Expressive Arts class, an introduction to the healing power of multimodal expressive arts, which combines visual arts, collage, movement, music, free writing, poetry, and theater. Guided by local artist Dr. Lorena Fernandez, we create a nonjudgmental, respectful, and playful space to expand your creative freedom, discover and express yourself in safety and with support. Key principles:

1. There's no wrong way to do this – we value the process over the product.
2. All offered guidance is just a suggestion; please follow your creative impulses and intuition.
3. Sharing is optional; confidentiality and respect for privacy are essential.
4. Embrace self-compassion, leave competition and self-judgment behind, and approach the workshops with an open heart and mind.
5. Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.
6. Bring a journal to write your thoughts, if you want, others wise paper will be provided. 
7. All materials will be provided. Still you are welcome to bring any material you prefer.
